I build AI-native businesses that create real economic value. As founder of Cranberry AI, I operate across three verticals: agentic commerce infrastructure, a high-growth Asian cookware brand, and executive AI education. The single thesis: technology without commercial rigour is just theory. I focus on systems where AI does the work, not just supports it.
My career spans enterprise technology leadership at Avanade (Microsoft & Accenture) — where as Senior Director, AI & IoT for Growth Markets I held P&L coverage of more than US$100M in Data & AI deals — corporate strategy and architecture roles at Philips, academic research in wireless communications, and now founder-operator, building, shipping, and scaling from Singapore.
Today I also teach in the PhD in Management programme at INSEAD, bringing a founder's practice of building AI agents into doctoral research — and I serve as Fractional Enterprise Architect at NCS Group.
